There is no phone number listed to call regarding hours or questions. We do not live in Waco and were planning a birthday stop for our son. We stopped by 3 days prior while in town to make sure if they would be open at 10am today to fit our tight schedule. We were told yes, they open at 10am daily. Showed up and waited 25 minutes. At 10:25, still no sign of opening or anyone opening the store. This was a new find for my son and enjoyed shopping in there previously, but looking at other reviews we are not the first person to experience this disappointment. This will make me think twice before returning to this location. All other local shops are open during the hours they have posted and the time they have told us.

This is the third time that I have tried to go at 10:00, when it says they are supposed to open, and the shop is always closed and no one is there, they have no phone number to contact when they are late to open so it’s basically a flip of a coin if they are going to be open when they are advertised to open. Must not want business very bad operating like that, it’s also very frustrating.

I and another person had went to this store and the blue haired man was nice and helpful as always. Whenever we were checking out there was this rude lady never said thank you, have a nice day or bye. She looked all angry and mean like we were bugging her or something whenever we were simply checking out.

Got sold fake pokemon prismatic cards. Paid $76 plus tax on a booster bundle that was fake. Never going here again

Small store on Richland Mall with mostly anime related merchandise, including posters, banners, action figures, plush toys, cards, collectibles, and more. Customer service could be improved. The variety of merchandise could be improved as well, especially on the Funko Pops.
